Took these shots during an evening walk in my neighborhood.

近所の散歩中の風景。

個人宅お稲荷さん。

A farmer's household Inari shrine. Likely a shrine dedicated to a "rice paddy kami" (田の神) deity.

A decorative opening in a stone wall surrounding a Japanese farmhouse. I think this kind of decorative feature also allows a breeze to flow through the wall to help keep the home cooler during summer.
